How do I get my photos to you?

If you are local (Hampton Roads, VA), we can work out a meeting time and place.  If not, you can mail them back to you along with a DVD that includes your picture files.  The cost to ship them back to you will depend on the size and weight of the package.

I can't get my pictures out of the photo album!  What should I do?

Bring or send me the photo album.  I can scan without taking the pictures out.  (Depending on the situation, this may affect quality and there could be an additional fee.  Contact me if you have questions about this.)

I would like for you to create a video slideshow, and I have the perfect song.  Do I need to worry about copyright?

The short answer is yes, you need to be concerned with copyright laws.  You may be able to use a song if you own the CD or have a music file AND you DO NOT SHARE it electronically.  I can also use copyright-free music.  If you want to post the video or part of the video on a social media site, you will need to use a version with copyright-free music.

Can you convert old home movies: 8mm, super 8 film?

Yes, yes, yes.  This is my newest service.  I can digitalize those old 8mm and super 8 films so you no longer need a projector to view them.  I've actually worked on film from my aunt and uncle's wedding in 1953, so it's not too late (but time is running out).
